Sales Administrative Assistant
Company: Leaders in biotechnology serving the food, feed, personal & health care, and industrial markets.
Your mission:
– You provide clerical support to the Sales team;
– You input, update and retrieve information from the different IT systems: CRM, ERP and other data bases
– You fill in internal forms and documents requested by the Sales team such as expense declarations, special customer requests, credit committees, customers technical requests.
– You help the Sales team to follow up orders of critical products through the affair with the internal teams
– You follow up customer complaints, samples, technical reports etc… and provide regular feedback to the Sales team
– You provide basic information to customers on request packaging details, products specifications, Safety Data Sheets etc…
– Together with our Marketing team, you do basic market research and help identify prospects in different regions
Your profile:
– Minimum college degree
– Attention to detail
– Fluent in English or French
– Strong organizational skills
– Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast pace environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Experience – not mandatory
