Your mission: - You provide clerical support to the Sales team; - You input, update and retrieve information from the different IT systems: CRM, ERP and other data bases - You fill in internal forms and documents requested by the Sales team such as expense declarations, special customer requests, credit committees, customers technical requests. - You help the Sales team to follow up orders of critical products through the affair with the internal teams - You follow up customer complaints, samples, technical reports etc… and provide regular feedback to the Sales team - You provide basic information to customers on request packaging details, products specifications, Safety Data Sheets etc… - Together with our Marketing team, you do basic market research and help identify prospects in different regions Your profile: - Minimum college degree - Attention to detail - Fluent in English or French - Strong organizational skills - Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast pace environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Experience - not mandatory Benefits of this job: - Attractive salary; - Professional growth.
