The program, designed for teachers of English as a second language, focuses on introducing American English teaching resources such as Voice of America, CNN, American English websites to practicing teachers of English. Participants will learn how to use them during the lessons as additional listening, reading, and speaking material to develop linguistic, socio-linguistic, pragmatic, and pluri/intercultural competences. They will be provided with examples of how to use them according to the curricular requirements in a Moldovan classroom. Finally, participants will design activities on certain curricular topics to implement in their classroom by using the above mentioned resources.

The sessions will take place on Saturdays (February 18 – March 11), from 11 AM till 1 PM!
