The FLEX exchange program, funded by the U.S. Department of State, offers Moldovan high school students the opportunity to spend an academic year in the United States. The program covers round-trip travel, admission to an American high school, a monthly stipend, accommodation with a host family, medical insurance, and orientation sessions.
