Background

UNIFEM Sub-regional office for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS SRO) announces the position of Programme Associate within the Joint UNDP/UNIFEM Integrated Local Development Programme (JILDP) to support the work of the Chief Technical Advisor and Programme Analyst to ensure effective overall programme implementation provide adequate substantive support to overall implementation of the programme document at all levels in efficient and timely manner.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Obiective principale:

- analiza procesului penal în cazurile de trafic de persoane şi alte categorii aferente (proxenetism, organizarea migraţiei ilegale, scoaterea ilegală a copiilor din ţară, munca forţată) în baza unei analize profunde a dosarelor finalizate pe aceste categoriile de infracţiuni;

- formularea celor mai bune recomandări în domeniul investigării, urmăririi penale şi judecării în cazuri de trafic de persoane şi alte categorii aferente la nivel legislativ şi instituţional care ar contribui la îmbunătăţirea calităţii procesului penal în categoriile respective de infracţiuni.
